The Southeast Orange County Traffic Study is an Orange County and New York State Department of Transportation initiative to improve traffic conditions in the Monroe and Woodbury region of the County.  It represents a partnership among the five participating municipalities, the County, State and Federal government (which is funding the study). Orange County Executive Edward Diana describes the County's role as convener and facilitator of the project.  The New York State Thruway Authority is also a partner.
