COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
The Town of Montour and Village of Montour Falls are currently engaged in the preparation of an Intermunicipal Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update with the help of the Schuyler County Planning Department and the consulting firms of Shepstone Management Company and Fairweather Consulting.
A second public meeting, attended by 46 individuals was held on January 18, 2007 to review results of the survey and discuss Comprehensive Plan goals and design guideline ideas. This presentation can be reviewed by CLICKING HERE.
Draft sections of the Comprehensive Plan may be reviewed at this website as they are developed for review by Town and Village officials. The Plan is expected to be completed in 2007.
