COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

The Town of Masonville recently prepared and adopted a Comprehensive Plan with the help of the Delaware County Planning and Development Department and the consulting firms of Shepstone Management Company and Planit Main Street, Inc. The Town also conducted a community survey to collect additional data and opinions for use in assembling the Comprehensive Plan.  Some 303 surveys were returned.  The results of this survey may be obtained here.
