COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
The
Town of Masonville is presently engaged in the preparation of a
Comprehensive Plan with the help of the Delaware County Planning and
Development Department and the consulting firm of Shepstone Management Company and Planit Main Street, Inc.
Draft sections of the Town of Masonville Comprehensive Plan may be reviewed at this website as they are developed for review by Town officials. The Plan is expected to be completed in 2008.

The
Town has conducted a community survey to collect additional data andf
opinions for use in assembling the Comprehensive Plan. Several
hundred surveys have been returned and some 150 have been tabulated to
date. The results of this initial (and still incomplete)
tabulation may be obtained here.
