COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
The Town of Conesville has prepared a Comprehensive Plan for the Town. This Comprehensive Plan was prepared with the help of the Schoharie County Planning and Development Department and the consulting firm of Shepstone Management Company. A copy of the Comprehensive Plan may be obtained here. A special public survey was also conducted. Results of the survey may be found in the Plan Appendices. Several maps for the Plan were also produced by the County. These include an Existing Land Use Map, a Planimetric Map and a Natural Resources Suitability Map.
